Phanton Mechanical, LLC was founded in 2022 to bring commercial-grade mechanical work to homes and a residential-level of care to businesses. Our team brings 16+ years of combined experience across HVAC, electrical, and solar.

The founding thesis was simple: in DFW construction and service work, the most expensive failures happen in the gaps between trades. A mechanical sub blames the electrician, the electrician blames the schedule, and the owner pays for the argument. So we built a company that holds both Texas licenses itself — Mechanical TACLA124868E and Electrical TECL39666 — and added certified solar on top. One contract, one submittal package, one team accountable when the inspector shows up.

Today we operate two clearly separated service paths — commercial and residential — under one licensed, insured, and certified team. The same crews that deliver Six Flags, Arizona College of Nursing, Pandora, and TruGrocer FCU are the crews that back our home service program.

The commercial track record is the part you can walk into. We delivered the mechanical scope — HVAC, ventilation, and controls — supporting Tormenta Rampaging Run, the world's first giga dive coaster, at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington. We held healthcare-training air-quality standards across the Arizona College of Nursing campus in Fort Worth. We built out Pandora's flagship retail space inside Stonebriar Centre on night-shift staging, commissioned the TruGrocer Federal Credit Union branch in North Richland Hills where our exposed spiral ductwork became part of the architecture, and carried both trades on L'Occitane's buildout at Southlake Town Square.

The residential program runs on the same discipline with a different bedside manner: diagnose before quoting, put the repair-or-replace math in front of the homeowner instead of defaulting to the bigger ticket, and price the work before it starts. AC and heating repair, full system replacements, panel and service upgrades, EV charger circuits — dispatched from our Arlington headquarters Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 9PM, with Sunday visits by appointment and emergencies routed to on-call technicians.

Our solar team holds Enphase Certified Installer, PVOL101, and IREC accreditations, and we're expanding solar into commercial rooftop installations in 2026. We are also deliberate about quoting solar economics as they actually are after the federal 25D residential credit ended in December 2025 — the Texas property-tax exemption, buyback plans, and lease/PPA structures are what remain, and when the numbers don't pencil for a specific roof, we say so.

Every credential we claim is verifiable: both state licenses can be checked at tdlr.texas.gov, certificates of insurance are issued the same business day they're requested, and our project claims are case studies you can read — with the addresses and photos to match. That's what "Verified" means on this page: not a slogan, a standing invitation to check.
