Yes. Both trades run under Phanton Mechanical’s own Texas licenses — TACLA124868E (mechanical) and TECL39666 (electrical) — with our own crews. That is the whole point of hiring us for a finish-out.
Can you work nights in an occupied retail center?
Yes — our Pandora buildout at Stonebriar Centre was staged on night shifts inside an active mall, coordinated with mall operations, and delivered with zero disruption to neighboring tenants.
What size finish-outs do you take?
From boutique retail (our L’Occitane and Pandora stores) to bank branches and institutional spaces. If the schedule is real and the drawings exist, send them — we will tell you quickly if it is our lane.
How fast can you provide a COI and bid?
COIs turn around same business day. Bid timelines depend on scope, but our estimating team reviews inquiries on weekdays and responds with a real schedule, not a placeholder.
