Frisco. Retail-Grade Standards.
Frisco knows us through Stonebriar Centre: Phanton Mechanical delivered the mechanical buildout for Pandora's flagship retail space inside the mall — night-shift staging, mall-ops coordination, and zero disruption to neighboring tenants.
What We Do in Frisco.
Every trade we run — mechanical, electrical, and solar — is available to Frisco homes and businesses from one licensed, insured team.
Commercial work in Frisco means working to retail standards — active properties, brand-sensitive finishes, and schedules that respect an operating business. Our Pandora buildout at Stonebriar Centre ran HVAC tie-ins to the mall trunk system with precise temperature zoning for jewelry display cases, delivered on a compressed retail calendar.
That project is a useful window into how we run every occupied-property job: work staged for night shifts so neighboring tenants never lose a selling hour, coordination run through mall operations rather than around them, and finishes protected because in brand retail the ceiling grid is part of the product. Frisco keeps building exactly this kind of space — retail, restaurant, medical office, and Class A tenant suites — and it all rewards a sub who has already done it inside one of the busiest malls in North Texas.
For general contractors and property managers working the Frisco corridor, the practical advantage is that we carry both trades: Texas mechanical license TACLA124868E and electrical license TECL39666 under one company. A tenant finish-out that needs RTU work, distribution, controls, and the electrical scope behind all of it becomes one subcontract, one submittal package, and one point of accountability — with COIs issued the same business day.
Frisco’s residential side has its own clear profile: most of the housing stock is post-2000, which means the first big wave of builder-grade HVAC replacements is happening right now. A system installed when the house was built rarely makes it far past year twelve to fifteen of North Texas duty cycles, and the 2025 refrigerant transition to A2L systems changed the replacement conversation — new equipment, new refrigerants, and pricing that rewards getting a straight quote instead of a scare pitch. We diagnose first and run the repair-or-replace math with you honestly.
Those newer roofs also make Frisco strong solar territory — good pitches, intact decking, and household electrical loads (two systems, a pool pump, an EV) that give solar production something real to offset. We quote 2026 economics as they are: the federal 25D residential credit ended December 31, 2025, but the Texas §11.27 property-tax exemption still applies, lease and PPA structures can still reach the 48E commercial credit, and Texas Property Code §202.010 limits how far an HOA can restrict a rooftop install — relevant in a city where nearly every neighborhood has one.
The full residential stack — AC and heating repair, replacements, panel upgrades, EV charger circuits, and Enphase-certified solar with battery storage — dispatches from our Arlington headquarters, about twenty-five minutes down the tollway. Service hours are Monday–Saturday 8AM–9PM, with emergencies routed to on-call technicians.

What did Phanton Mechanical build at Stonebriar Centre?
We delivered the mechanical buildout for Pandora’s flagship retail space inside Stonebriar Centre — HVAC tie-ins to the mall trunk system, precise temperature zoning for jewelry display cases, night-shift staging, and full coordination with mall operations, on a compressed retail calendar. The case study is on our projects page.
My Frisco home was built in the 2000s — should I repair or replace my original system?
Run the math with us before deciding. Builder-grade systems rarely go far past twelve to fifteen North Texas summers, and a useful rule of thumb is repair cost multiplied by system age: past $5,000, replacement deserves a serious look. The 2025 A2L refrigerant transition also affects part availability and replacement pricing, so an honest quote matters more than ever.
Can my HOA stop me from installing solar in Frisco?
Texas law limits how far an HOA can go. Property Code §202.010 generally prevents HOAs from prohibiting solar devices outright, though they can regulate certain placement details. We handle the design documentation that HOA reviews ask for, and as an Enphase Certified Installer we’ve been through the process before.
